Catalyst Branding + Business Consulting empowers women entrepreneurs to grow leading brands while pursuing their ideal lifestyles.
We are looking for a dedicated and fun-loving ‘right hand’ to work closely with founder Jennifer Maggiore and Manager Kelsey Wyser to create a world class experience for our audience, prospects, and clients both virtually and in-person, while helpng them to feel close and connected as we grow. This position is approximately 20 hours per week and will grow to full-time by the end of this year.
The ideal candidate will:
- have a passion for connecting meaningfully with others, especially women entrepreneurs
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- be deadline driven and aware of what’s coming up
- value teamwork and the ability to work autonomously with good judgement
- thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- present professionally in-person
- be excited to learn the ropes of a successful consulting business while being exposed to business growth best practices
- have experience growing audience engagement
- reside in the Phoenix metro area and report to work at our office in Scottsdale from 9am to 1pm Monday through Friday
This position is accountable for:
- increasing Catalyst brand awareness and audience engagement through email campaigns, Facebook, Instagram, and in-person workshops and retreats
- building registration landing pages that convert
- driving qualified traffic to registration pages
- project-managing contractors to ensure quality on-time delivery
- managing event and launch calendar
- posting podcast content to our WordPress blog
- producing and scheduling some content for social outposts (email, blog, Facebook, Instagram)
- managing client communications and schedule appointments via email
- providing event support (workshops, retreats, client dinners)
- seeking speaking engagements, press opportunities, and awards submissions
- photography and production design skills a bonus
